Eden Prairie will represent Minnesota in the
Great Plains National Regional (Region 6);
Coon Rapids will represent Minnesota in the Great Lakes National
Regional (Region 5).

The Annual Division I
Minnesota State American Legion Baseball Championship Tournament
is being hosted by Excelsior, Minnesota, Thursday, August 3, 2006
through Sunday, August 6, 2006. Team check-in and photographs
will take place on Wednesday, August 2, 2006 (for directions to
the check-in site, see Excelsior's 2006 Minnesota State Tournament website.)
The annual banquet will be held that evening (Wed., 8/2) at the Minneapolis Marriott SW -- 6 p.m. social hour, 7 p.m. dinner. The keynote speaker is Rob Fornasiere, Assistant Head Baseball Coach of the University of Minnesota. Parents, family, friends and fans of team members are welcome to attend.
